TSI BOXING – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective as of 05/05/2025

By registering with TSI Boxing, you (or your parent/legal guardian, if you are a minor) agree to the following Terms and Conditions, in addition to the signed waiver form:

1. Governing Rules and Compliance

TSI Boxing is a registered USA Boxing-affiliated organization and fully complies with all USA Boxing rules, regulations, codes of conduct, and safety standards.
All participants must adhere to these rules. Violations may result in suspension or removal from training, events, or the program entirely.

2. General Participation

Participation in any TSI Boxing activities, events, or training sessions is voluntary and at your own risk.
All participants are expected to act responsibly, show discipline, and follow the direction of TSI Boxing coaches and staff at all times.

3. Conduct and Respect

All members are expected to treat fellow team members, coaches, staff, volunteers, and opponents with respect at all times.
Respect must be shown regardless of rank, age, experience level, background, or status within the organization.
Disrespect, bullying, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action or removal from the program.

4. Social Media and Online Conduct

Participants agree not to post or share any content on social media or other online platforms that may harm, harass, defame, or negatively impact individuals, the team, or the TSI Boxing organization.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Cyberbullying
  • Inappropriate images or language
  • Offensive or misleading statements
  • Any conduct that violates the values and reputation of TSI Boxing

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or dismissal from the program.

5. Media Release and Promotional Use

By participating in TSI Boxing programs, you grant TSI Boxing the right to photograph, record, and publish images and/or video of you (or your child, if a minor) taken during any TSI Boxing events, practices, or activities.
These materials may be used for social media, marketing, fundraising, press, and public outreach to help grow the program and recognize athlete achievements.
No financial compensation will be provided for use of these materials.

6. Privacy and Data Collection

Personal information collected through the registration process will be stored securely and used solely for program administration, emergency contact, and communication purposes.

7. Agreement

By submitting or agreeing to this form, you confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions listed above.
  • You understand that TSI Boxing operates under the governance of USA Boxing.
  • If signing on behalf of a minor, you are the legal parent or guardian and give consent for their participation under these terms.
